Hello! I’m Ayce, the proud owner and hobby breeder behind Jah’s Rattery & Exotix. I began breeding rats in March 2023 with a deep commitment to improving the health, temperament, and overall quality of my rats with every generation. At Jah’s Rattery, I take a thoughtful approach to breeding by carefully selecting rats with the best temperaments to continue the lineage, ensuring that each generation reflects the qualities I strive for. Rats that are not part of my breeding program but are still wonderful pets are placed in loving homes. I work exclusively with well-established breeders who share my ethical standards, which helps guarantee that the rats I breed are healthy, happy, and of exceptional quality. I take great pride in the health, temperament, and variety of my rats, including rare and exotic breeds. All of my rats are raised in a clean, comfortable environment with ample space to roam and plenty of attention. I believe in providing not just excellent breeding, but also a nurturing environment that allows each rat to thrive.

I genuinely love what I do, and I know you’ll love my rats too! My goal is to help prospective rat owners understand the responsibilities of caring for these wonderful creatures. I’m always available to answer questions and offer guidance with no judgment—my top priority is ensuring that every rat goes to a home where they’ll receive the care and attention they deserve. 

Please make sure to do your research before adopting, as it’s important to fully understand the care your new pet requires. While I am happy to educate and support new owners, I may not be able to place rats with those who are not fully prepared. I have a variety of rats available, ranging from standard to exotic varieties, and I’m confident that the perfect companion is waiting for you. Please note that due to high demand, my rats are often reserved in advance by those on my waitlist.
